Why democracy is not working well in India?

India is the most populous democratic country in the world, diversified by thousands of language and culture. But many do not know how to respect and live together by enriching each others, the language and culture. If India is democratic, then it must facilitates equal opportunities and rights among all of its groups of people. Many argue, portray and promise for opting these equal opportunities and rights to smaller groups of people, yet larger groups are always advantageous. Vote count in a region and fund raising power of larger community are some of the major factors for this cause.
After the independence in 1947, India empowered many people from various communities but still it is very low when compared to its population. Is it really difficult to improve the life of crores of  greatest democracy in 70 years of independence? I say no. I believe many would agree this. If so, then what is missing in India? Extremism and no tolerance. These are the key factors that is buying more time for India to become a greatly exercised democratic country for all of its community.
It was easy for India to advance its technology, economy and entertainment but so difficult to advance its culture, people, and their environment. Only few grow, most diminish. So it is very important for India to diminish extremism and develop more tolerance among all of their groups of people.
‘I am not extremist and I am just loving mine. Also why should I tolerate other?’. If this is what you (the reader) are thinking, and you are so aggressively angry on me, then this article is not for you. You are kindly requested not to read this further. ‘I do not agree your point yet I am not angry and wanna read what you’re going to say’. If this is what you are thinking, please rethink and make sure you’re not angry on me and feel better to read as you may get angry when you read this article further. Others, please you can definitely read this fully.
Extremism is the root cause of many problems in India. We are killing the democracy by means of extremism. Too much of anything is good for nothing. Humans can get angry and express it aggressively by talking. But terrifically attacking and killing someone is extremism. Let the democracy play its role not by our personal vengeance. Whenever there is issue, discuss and develop a method to maintain democratic rights for everyone and by means of it solve the problem. Every problem should have its own solution. Just find it.
Extremism is creating endless problem. Whenever the extremism is experienced, it doubles the problem. One is for you and the other for your opposite. You will end with hundreds of problems, then thousands, lakhs and crores. It never ever provide any solution to you.
Let us develop our community by saying no to extremism and by being more tolerance to other groups of people in India!
